Oct 26, 2017 · I have Marlin installed, and the movements of the printer seem okay, I know there are a few settings that I need to tweak, but that is not where my problem lies. My issue is this, homing works fine on all 3 axis so I know that the X MAX, Y MAX, Z MAX endstops are working fine.

There are several more issues with endstops, like - The Y and z endstops trigger perfectly on Min and Max. The X axis homes OK but tries to force its way past the endstop, the LED stays on. The X,Y and Z endstops are all configured exactly the same, and if I load Marlin F/W it all works fine so I know it is not a board or mechanical issue.

Endstops will not trigger using Marlin Firmware. I have an old Solidoodle 2 that I bought broken from a garage sale that I am converting to use RAMPS 1.4 with Marlin Firmware. All the motors work correctly, I am just having issues getting the endstops to work. I am using a regular limit switch with NC going to the signal pin and the other to ground. - Compiling Marlin with CoreXY, TMC2130 and StallGuard as endstop options defined works without reporting any errors, but, as stated by teemualtut : I don't know how it would behave because movement in X or Y is always executed by both motors and the stallGuard would trigger both X and Y endstops.

Endstops are very simple switches that connect either NC or NO to C depending on whether the switch is triggered or not. RAMPS has six connectors for endstops, max and min each for X, Y and Z.
